Having successfully concluded the HND and the additional BTEC Units by the end of the Fifth Semester, students who wish to obtain MCA Certificate need to take the Sixth Semester in the UK. The minimum period for concluding the Sixth Semester is 2 months. This Semester has been designed to ensure all vocational requirements are met and TUDEV/Institute of Maritime Studies’ students can be awarded the Level 2 and Level 3 Vocational Qualifications as well as Ancillary certificates for MCA Certificate of competency. During this Semester students are also prepared for their oral MCA Examination.
